Cochinillo in Segovia

Aside from the impressive aqueduct, I really came to Segovia to eat cochinillo. Possibly the best roasted baby pork with tender and juicy meat and the crispiest skin this side of the globe. Walking around the city and admiring this world heritage was a plus. Craving satisfied.
