There was wine and mustard in everything I ate, everything I saw in Burgundy and Dijon. It was cold, with the beauty of the bright blue sky over vineyards that sleep, that will come to life in spring. It is satisfying to hear the crunch of gravel… knowing that the path is surrounded by art from nature, art in the restored buildings and the bronze sculptures around Clos de Vougeot. Then a visit to Chateau de Pommard. More wine please.
